Hello Everyone!
This is the first card for this year! And it's a special one because I was invited to be a Guest Star Stamper at the
ColorThrowdown challenges. The colors for it are blue, pink and green.
So here is my creation!
It's a bitter sweet one, because I'm playing with the last sketch of the Gals over at the
CASe This Sketch Challenges. I will miss that challenge!
Over Christmas I treated myself to a new stamp and it's this beautiful rose from Hero Arts.
I wanted to play along with the challenge over at the
As you See It Blog. It is a speed challenge and it asks to use scraps. I have a whole box with little scrap pieces that I go through from time to time, so I was happy to dig in it. This card was finished in 9.14 min. I quickly colored it, cut it, stenciled the arrows...I was planning to do an embossed sentiment... but it didn't work out, so I had to swap it for whatever I had in the pile of scraps, because I was running out of time.
I kept it simple, since I wanted to meed the criteria of the
AAA card challenge being one third of the card.
